Arduino Nano CH340 Drivers & Installation Guide

• Step 1: You need to google for a driver. Just type in “Arduino Nano CH340 Drivers” and many links are going to pop up.
• Step 2: Download the driver, unzip it and run installer.
• Step 3: Connect your Arduino Nano CH340 to the computer and head over to the device manager in order to check the new COM port. In my case it is COM3. Please see the picture below:

Please note: It could be different port number on your computer.

• Step 4: Select proper port in your Arduino IDE. It will be just a port number instead of labelled like “Arduino Uno”.

Many other boards use CH340, not only Arduino clones. You are going to need this driver sooner or later if you just started your adventure with microcontroller programming.
